Insurance Information & Office Fees
We have a well trained and knowledgeable staff to assist you with any questions associated with a procedure covered by your insurance company. We will assist you with the pre-certification process (if required by your insurance company) and also help in obtaining prior approval for your procedure if required. As a courtesy to you, we will file a claim with your insurance company for you (excluding cosmetic visits).Your initial office visit fee will range from $65 to $125 and must be paid up front for all cosmetic visits and for visits covered by all insurance companies that we do not participate with. You will only be charged your office visit co-pay for visits covered by an insurance company that we do participate with.
In addition to Medicare and Medicaid, we participate in many group insurance
plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (HMO, PPO, POS), Northeast Georgia
Health Partners, Georgia State Merit, and Georgia First. Our knowledgeable
staff can help you determine your insurance eligibility.
